1. Applications are invited from groups, individuals, businesses or organisations who are living, based or operating within Dalmellington Parish which covers Bellsbank, Burnton, Dalmellington and Waterside.
2. Individuals and businesses who have an idea for a project can apply, but as above, the project must have a direct benefit to the residents of Dalmellington Parish.
3. Each group/organisation/individual/business can submit an application for more than one project.
4. There are two categories of grant: Small Grant of up to £1000 and Medium Grant £1000 – £3000.
5. The project will be fully open, transparent and comply with Equalities Legislation.
6. Once allocated the funding must be used for the specified project and cannot be transferred to a third party. 
7. Your project must help to deliver at least one of the following priorities:

• • Physical Improvements
  • Town Centre Regeneration
  • Tourism and Heritage
  • Environmental/Sustainable Development
  • Community Pride and Events
  • Community Facilities
  • Community Health and Wellbeing

Recognition of Grant Support:  Applicants will be required to give appropriate recognition to the fund by press/media/social media releases.

The following should also be considered prior to the submission of your application:

• Failure to submit properly completed applications along with all relevant core documentation may result in the application being returned to you and delay the consideration of your application.
• Quotes must be provided where applicable.
• All projects must commence within 12 months of the date of funding award.
• The Trust encourages applicants to match fund where possible. Trust Development Officers are available to assist applicants with their applications.
• In the event that the applicant(s) cease to operate they must inform the Trust. Any equipment funded by the Trust may be required to be returned to the Trust at the Trust’s discretion.
